Jerry runs a three-person furniture shop in Chicago. He designs every piece himself, all one of a kind. He also does the books, the estimates, the scheduling, and the website. With Claude, he's taking back more time for the work only he can do: making furniture that's never been built before.

If you're running a Claude pilot with your sales team, here are four things to measure when working out its ROI. Start with how many reps use it each week, then what Claude drafts and how much of it reps keep. Pipeline and win rate take longer to move, and cost is worth reading after a full quarter. Where to find each number is in our guide to building an AI-native revenue organization: https://lnkd.in/ejyZV34v

Claude auto-connect is now in beta for eligible Claude Team and Enterprise plans. Admins connect your organization to an app once. After that, any member with a matching email in that app is connected the first time they use it in Claude. There’s no sign-in screen. Until now, enterprise-managed auth needed an identity provider that supports it. Auto-connect removes that requirement because Claude checks that each signed-in member belongs to your organization. Works with Amplitude, Apollo.io, Atlassian, Datadog, Dropbox, Figma, Granola, HubSpot, Linear, Mixpanel, Notion, PagerDuty, Semrush, and Supabase. Building your own MCP server? You can add support yourself or use a compatible auth provider. Get started: https://lnkd.in/ej73XCaR

When Claude Cowork works locally, on its own or as part of the new combined chat and Cowork experience, it runs shell commands and code in an isolated virtual machine on the user’s computer. Admins can now run their organization’s Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) sensor inside that VM, so Claude activity reports to the same tools their security team already uses. In beta on macOS and Windows for Claude Team and Enterprise, and for the Claude desktop app on Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, and Microsoft Foundry. Deploy through MDM. We’re renaming our Max plans: Max 5x → Max Max 20x → Ultra Max is still $100/month, and Ultra is still $200. If you’re a subscriber, there’s nothing you need to do. We’re also removing the 5-hour limit for verified Ultra accounts, starting today with most existing subscribers. Newer accounts keep a temporary limit until they’re verified, which helps us prevent fraud and abuse. You'll get an email when it's removed. Weekly limits remain unchanged. Claude works inside the tools sales teams already use. Reps can build a quota model in Excel, a QBR deck in PowerPoint, or hand Claude a question in Slack. Read our full guide to building an AI-native revenue organization: https://lnkd.in/ejyZV34v

Many teams build their AI agents as a main agent that hands work off to specialist subagents, each with its own instructions. Across several enterprise deployments, our Applied AI team found that a single agent frequently produced better results than that setup, often at lower cost and latency. It handled the whole task itself, loading skills and tools only when it needed them. Subagents still help when one agent would have to hold so much information that its performance drops, or when several tasks need to run at the same time. To test this on your own agent, fold one subagent into the main agent at a time and compare results on a small set of test cases. If the results get worse, keep the subagent. Smart reports, in-app surveys, and pooled group budgets are now generally available for Claude Enterprise. Together, they give admins a clearer view of how teams use Claude, and more precise ways to manage the spend behind that work. Smart reports surface what a team gets done with Claude, and what that work costs. The reports show ambitious work your teams are doing with Claude, and how Claude made it possible. They also show where people get stuck and which repeated tasks could become skills. In-app surveys collect feedback right after a reply. Admins choose who gets them, when, and what they ask. Pooled group budgets give a team one shared monthly budget, so heavy users are less likely to hit individual limits while other people’s budget sits unused. Each member’s own limit still applies. Availability varies by configuration. Get started in Organization settings. Read more: https://lnkd.in/eaQMz36n
