The critical question

We help AI teams answer one critical question with structured evidence:

“We are about to put this AI in front of people. Do they understand it, use it appropriately, and experience the benefit we intended—and what should we change if they do not?”

Product Features

AI product behavior testing still needs relevant human judgment.

A model can produce a plausible response and pass technical testing while the person using it remains confused, over-relies on it, cannot complete the task, or does not reach the intended outcome.

QuorLoop connects AI behavior, human feedback, and outcome measurement so you can identify where an interaction breaks down—and test whether your improvements actually help.

01 · Governance

AI behavior and governance standards

Define the intended use, people served, expected behaviors, guardrails, escalation boundaries, and evaluation criteria for a specific AI interaction.

Align the evaluation with your product goals, customer commitments, internal policies, and applicable governance requirements.

02 · Scenarios

Realistic, context-specific scenarios

Build and manage scenarios that reflect the situations people actually encounter—not only ideal prompts.

Evaluate missing context, ambiguity, time pressure, changing circumstances, conflicting information, high-stakes questions, accessibility barriers, and moments that should escalate to human support.

Simulation and community evaluation

Test a controlled version of your AI with simulated cohorts to surface assumptions and prioritize questions for human evaluation. Then gather evidence from trained community contributors. Compare simulated interaction patterns with human evidence.

Connect community findings to implementation decisions and agreed success measures. Use QuorLoop's scorecard and optional data-collection snippet to compare interaction behavior before and after product changes—so you can see what changed, why it changed, and whether the change improved the experience.

When your confidence in a recommendation is high but the user's decision context appears time-pressured or incomplete, surface a caveat before the recommendation. Acknowledge what you don't know before stating what you do.

Behavioral instruction

Model should add uncertainty language to high-confidence replies when user decision context is ambiguous or time-constrained. Do not lead with the recommendation.

How It Works

Evaluate human–AI interactions across your product. Improve what matters.

The customer support example below is illustrative.

Define the product and user context

01

Choose one priority interaction. Define who the AI serves, what the person is trying to accomplish, what the AI should and should not do, when human support should be available, and the product and governance standards it should meet.

Agree on the measures that will indicate success.

Test realistic scenarios in the QuorLoop sandbox

Evaluate a testable version of your AI across realistic scenarios, including incomplete information, ambiguity, changing circumstances, and moments requiring human support.

Use simulated cohorts to explore possible interaction patterns and identify assumptions that require community validation before you make changes to a live product.

Evaluate with community contributors

03

Connect with trained, paid contributors whose experiences are relevant to the people your AI is intended to serve.

Observe how contributors interpret the AI, what they do next, where they struggle, when they rely on the response, and when they seek help. Compare observed responses with simulated findings to refine the evaluation and prioritize improvements.

Implement changes and measure outcomes

Receive prioritized recommendations for the product, workflow, escalation design, and AI interaction. Your team implements the changes. QuorLoop documents which findings informed them.

Add QuorLoop's optional data-collection snippet to capture agreed interaction events in your product. Compare outcomes before and after implementation, and track whether the change met your agreed success measures.

Frequent questions

Questions teams ask before they sign up

What does QuorLoop evaluate?

QuorLoop evaluates the full human–AI interaction: whether the AI behaves as intended and whether people can understand, appropriately rely on, act on, recover from, or escalate the interaction.

How does an evaluation work?

Each evaluation begins with one priority interaction, a defined user context, and agreed measures of success. QuorLoop develops realistic scenarios, evaluates the product, uses simulation to identify assumptions, validates priority questions with paid community contributors when appropriate, and provides prioritized findings and an improvement scorecard.

What do I need to get started?

You can begin with a prototype, product demo, sample conversation, test environment, design file, workflow description, or live AI product.

Do I need to connect my production system or share my codebase?

No. Many evaluations can begin with a prototype, sandbox, test environment, or sample interaction.

If you choose to measure before-and-after outcomes in production, QuorLoop provides an optional data-collection snippet that you configure on our dashboard.

How are community contributors selected and paid?

QuorLoop trains and compensates contributors for evaluation work. Contributor selection is based on the relevance of experience to the interaction being evaluated, evaluation requirements, availability, and appropriate safeguards.

How do simulation and community evaluation work together?

Simulation helps teams explore possible interaction patterns and identify assumptions or risks worth testing. It does not replace real people.

Community evaluation provides observed evidence about how people actually interpret and respond to the AI experience.

What do I receive after an evaluation?

You receive scenario findings, behavioral evidence, prioritized recommendations, and a structured record connecting findings to product, workflow, or governance changes. Where agreed, QuorLoop also supports before-and-after outcome measurement.

Can QuorLoop work with our existing standards and requirements?

Yes. QuorLoop can incorporate product requirements, customer commitments, internal policies, governance frameworks, evaluation criteria, and relevant deployment standards into the scenario design and evidence record.

QuorLoop does not provide legal advice or compliance certification.

How is our product data handled?

QuorLoop treats your workspace data, prompts, outputs, and uploaded sources as confidential. We don’t sell customer data or use your workspace content to train generalized AI models without your explicit consent.

If you’re working with sensitive or regulated materials, only upload what you’re authorized to share within your workspace agreement.

Start with an AI interaction that matters to your end users.

Bring a prototype, sample conversation, test environment, or live product. We’ll help you define the evaluation, gather relevant evidence, identify the changes worth testing, and measure whether those changes helped.
