Inspiration
I InterviewReady AI was inspired by the challenges college students face while preparing for technical and HR interviews. Many students lack interview experience, personalized guidance and constructive feedback. I wanted to build an AI-powered platform that acts as a personal interview coach and helps students become confident and job-ready.
How we built it
I designed InterviewReady AI using Python and Streamlit, integrating NVIDIA Nemotron through Nebius Token Factory for AI-powered interview generation and evaluation. The planned features include resume analysis, personalized mock interviews, answer evaluation, weakness detection and performance tracking.
What it does
InterviewReady AI is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that helps students prepare for technical and HR interviews. It allows users to: Upload their resume for AI-powered skill and experience analysis. Generate personalized interview questions based on their resume and chosen job role. Practice technical and HR mock interviews. Receive AI-based evaluation and feedback on their answers. Identify strengths and weaknesses. Track interview performance and progress. Get personalized study plans to improve their skills.
How we built it

Challenges we ran into
As a beginner, I faced challenges with Python environment setup, package compatibility, PyMuPDF DLL errors, PowerShell execution policies and API key configuration. Troubleshooting these issues helped me develop problem-solving skills and understand the practical challenges of building AI applications.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of developing InterviewReady AI, an idea that transforms traditional interview preparation into a personalized AI-powered experience. We designed a platform that combines resume analysis, intelligent mock interviews, automated answer evaluation and personalized improvement plans. We are especially proud of exploring NVIDIA Nemotron and Nebius AI integration as beginners, overcoming technical setup and debugging challenges, and turning a real student problem into an innovative AI solution.

What's next for InterviewerReadyAI
Our next goal is to transform InterviewReady AI into a complete, intelligent interview preparation platform. We plan to introduce voice-based mock interviews, real-time speech analysis, personalized company-specific questions, multilingual support and advanced performance analytics. We also aim to improve AI feedback, integrate more job roles and make the platform accessible to students everywhere. Our vision: To make quality interview preparation accessible to every student and help them become confident, skilled and career-ready.
