Core Blocks

“Blocks” are the terminology we use to distinguish between different parts of the product. The sidebar is split into each of these Blocks: Home, Drive, Email, Chat, Tasks, Calendar, Agents, Customers, Calls, Reviews, and Scheduling. These Blocks are meant to interact with one another: @mention a task in a channel, insert a #channel-thread into an agent chat, and so on. All of this works together as a single integrated system: one interface, one bidirectional database with shared memory for your agents.

Bidirectional @linking

When you @mention a document in a channel message, both the message and the document know about each other, so you can always trace where something has been discussed. This works across every Block type: docs, tasks, emails, files, calls, etc.

Intelligent permissions

Permissions inherit from channels. @mention something in a channel and every member automatically gets access, so nobody has to ask “hey can you share this with me?”
