Bundle Stage 4.212.0 and run Ante 1.6.0 - #527

Stage 4.212.0 renders the onboarding offering against Box Office and sends the declined sign-up email on Ante's declined outcome, which Ante 1.6.0 publishes; cratis run now defaults to that Ante image.
