Make the OpsRamp api token available as a property (#145)

Make it possible for the caller to get direct access to the OpsRamp API token
because we have encountered a few use cases in the field where this is needed
and people have been using unsupported hacks to get to it. Provide an approved
method to counter this.

Fix articlesList bug, update sample (#143)

I don't know if this changed on the OpsRamp side, or just has never
worked. Either way "articles/search" is not correct it needs to be
"articlesList". Fix that bug + unit test.

Also take the opportunity to make the sample that shows some basic
information about the knowledge base work a bit better and show in
particular how to reach the article content (which seems to be in
HTML format though that's not stated in the OpsRamp API docs).

2024 Dockerfile updates & Python 3.9 (#139)

Fix minor nitpicks that the current docker build code has with the
Dockerfile contents. While we're in the area, move to Python 3.9
so that we are at least somewhat closer to current.

Test runner changes for 2023 tool versions (#136)

Building on newer machines requires minor changes for compatibility
with newer tool versions. Specifically Python 3.10.12 and tox 4.11.3
were used for the tests that led to this PR.

Fix resource group update operation (#132)

* Fix resource group update operation
The resource 'update' operation follows the same pattern as RBA update.
The `id` of the resource to update is embedded in the JSON, not appended to the URL.

* Realisation that resource groups are created/updated as lists of resources.
These need to be fully populated to work correctly, no run-time fix-up of the JSON definition

* Reformat with black

* Remove uuid attribute from update operation completely.

Remove TravisCI add GitHub Actions (#131)

We are no longer building on Travis since they removed their free plan
for open source projects. We are building on GHA so add a badge for that.

Update diagrams to show resource_groups
