adaptor.js should set classVarName for Api #21

classVarName on an api object is always "default". At least the python template expects it to be a tag name. It may also need casing consideration.

v1.4.1 includes the setting of
classVarNameper 'api' / tag. Still outstanding is the possible case options you mentioned.
