Logs support #30

Problem Statement

The KMP wrapper currently exposes event capture, identification, feature flags, group analytics, screen tracking, session replay, and error tracking — but not PostHog Logs. If you're using the KMP SDK you can't send logs to PostHog through the common API yet.

Solution Brainstorm

Wrap logs in the shared commonMain API, delegating to the native SDKs' logs support on each target as it becomes available.
