WalkthroughNewsletter event storage now flushes and clears delivered, opened, and permanent-failed updates in sequence. If a category flush fails, it reports counts from completed categories through an optional callback before rethrowing the error. The batch processor merges those counts and attempts to flush queued updates after event-processing failures. If both operations fail, it logs the flush error and preserves the processing error. Scroll persistence skips saving a new sidebar history entry while it is loading. ref #30842 Failed batches left recipient timestamps queued for a later job to write, which delayed persistence and attributed the writes to that job. - Flush queued timestamps before rethrowing a processing error. - Log a secondary flush failure while preserving the original error. - Cover queue cleanup, count attribution, and error propagation.

Stacked on #30842. Addresses this review comment.
When event processing fails partway through a batch, queued recipient timestamps remain in shared storage until a later job flushes them. That delays persistence and credits the writes to the later job.
Flush those timestamps before rethrowing the processing error. If the flush also fails, log that error and preserve the original one. Successful batches and sequential processing keep their existing behavior.
This changes failure-path persistence: queued timestamps can reach the database and final aggregation during the failed run. Flushing earlier can also lock in a timestamp before a later batch supplies an earlier one, because writes only fill null timestamps.
