🎨 Added typing ` over selected text to format it as inline code - #32551
Typing a backtick while text is selected in the editor now toggles inline code on the selection, the same as Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + K. It works in every editor where that shortcut does.
Typing a backtick with an eligible text selection now applies inline-code formatting. The handler leaves other keys, collapsed selections, non-range selections, modified keypresses, and active composition to the existing behavior. End-to-end tests cover selection behavior, toggling, undo and redo, literal insertion, and code-card content.

The shortcut has two bounded limitations: dead-key backticks do not apply formatting, and holding backtick can toggle formatting repeatedly. Mergeable with owner awareness and follow-up for these input cases.

Explanation
The title says typing a backtick over selected text formats the selection as inline code. The changeset covers this: the KEY_DOWN_COMMAND handler in KoenigBehaviourPlugin.tsx formats non-collapsed range selections as code on a backtick, and the e2e tests check it. The title names the main change. The leading emoji and the unclosed backtick in the title are minor style issues.

Dead-key backtick input does not apply code formatting.
The new branch matches only a keydown whose key is a literal backtick. On a dead-key layout, the backtick keydown reports key === 'Dead', so the branch does not run. The completed backtick then arrives as ordinary text input, which this branch does not intercept, and it is not applied as code. The PR description says the behavior works wherever Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + K works, so this gap contradicts that claim.
Either handle the composed backtick in the text-input path, or narrow the PR description so it does not claim parity with Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + K on every layout.

The backtick keydown condition misses dead-key input because its key is reported
as Dead; update the surrounding keydown/text-input handling so a completed
backtick on dead-key layouts triggers the same code formatting behavior, while
preserving the existing modifier and composition checks. If the text-input path
cannot support this reliably, narrow the PR description’s parity claim instead.

Ignore auto-repeated backtick keydowns in the inline code shortcut.
Holding the backtick key sends repeated keydown events. Each one dispatches FORMAT_TEXT_COMMAND on the still-selected text, so inline code toggles on and off. Dispatch the command only for the first press. For repeats, still call preventDefault() so no backtick is inserted.
