Full-stack engineer in Abuja, Nigeria. I build multi-tenant systems that real organisations run their day on.
I've spent about four years shipping production software, mostly on the backend, mostly in places where the data model has to be right the first time. My work tends to sit in education, healthcare and property operations, built for how things actually work in Nigeria.
- School ERP at Educare. I build ERP modules for a platform used by hundreds of schools. A lot of that work is query optimisation and caching in Laravel, because a slow report multiplied by hundreds of tenants is a real problem.
- Hospital management / EMR. I lead the backend and API on a multi-tenant EMR rebuild for a clinic group, using FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis and Keycloak. Current focus: identity and auth for a patient app that works across several facilities.
- Property operations SaaS. I'm designing and building a platform for estates and gated communities on Laravel and PostgreSQL, with row-level security for tenant isolation, scoped RBAC, append-only ledgers and maker-checker approvals for anything that touches money.
- Freelance builds for small businesses that need a system, not just a website.
I also mentor junior engineers and interns, and do code review. Teaching someone to read their own stack trace is one of my favourite parts of the job.
- Multi-tenant architecture that keeps one customer's data away from another's, enforced in the database and not just the app
- Getting Eloquent and SQL to do less work: fewer queries, no N+1s, indexes that earn their place
- Writing down decisions (ADRs, conventions, schema maps) so the next engineer isn't guessing
- Dev environments that are boring and reproducible, which in practice means Docker

Also comfortable with:

- iSee.ng – crowdfunding platform
- NgwoRocks – tourism platform
- Study tracker – a multi-profile study tracker I built for two people who wanted to keep each other accountable
- Building out the property ops platform's first migrations and core ledger
- Open to remote and international roles, especially forward-deployed or client-facing engineering
- Training for a marathon, slowly
Running, painting, music, FIFA, and finding new things to eat.
