Fractol

Fractol is small fractal exploration program, offeres multiple generated fractals with the ability to change parameters, coded with in C using mlx library.

• Fractals: Julia set, Mandelbrot set, Sirpinski triangle, Tree, Burningship, Barnsley fern, Tricon
• Menus: Controls panel, Info panel
• Change parameters: Iterations, Zoom, Colors ...

• Run commands:
  • make re
  • ./fractol mandelbrot

Sirpinski triangle	Barnsley fern	Julia set

• Fractals
• Complex numbers
• Mlx library
• Optimization in computer graphics:
  • Multithreading

• Multi-threading implementation.
• SMOOTH coloring
• The zoom follow the actual mouse position.
