feat: 新增開發者安裝程式

新增只負責下載專案的 install.py：在終端機顯示黑白方框畫面（圖標、輸入安裝資料夾的文字方塊、進度與即時輸出），從 GitHub 取得程式碼後建立虛擬環境、安裝依賴並產生空白的 .env；沒有 git 時改下載 ZIP，已安裝的資料夾再執行則更新而不更動 .env 與虛擬環境。

只使用 Python 標準函式庫，不是終端機時改印純文字，也不會詢問或寫入任何密鑰；補上安裝程式與畫面的測試，並修正 README 改版後失效的文件連結。
