Add binary to releases so Obtanium can fetch them #568

Hi,
From the three releases currently available on github, only one (the oldest) includes the apk binary, so Obtanium only can install it. Would it be possible to include also the apk binaries for next releases, so Obtanium can catch up? I know it is also available in F-Droid, but...
Possible or not, thanks a lot for this app, very nice!

Just looking at release dates... perhaps there is no next release planned, so if binaries could be added to the latest realease, at last, it also would be nice.
