fix: peer send, peer wait asks and a gofmt check - #33

peer send types a short line, reads it across wrapped rows and clears a failed try with ctrl+c. peer wait skips other workers' asks and asks whose asker stopped waiting; asks carry the asker's wait. CI runs make lint, which fails on unformatted Go files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
