I'm an Electronics and Computer Science undergraduate at the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, with over three years of graphic design experience that has slowly pulled me into full-stack development and cybersecurity.
I'm the Tech Lead of the AWS Student Builder Group at my university, where I rebuilt our entire platform from the ground up: a full Next.js + Express + MongoDB rewrite, a complete visual rebrand, a role-based admin system, and a real security hardening pass, all running in production for 500+ member records. I'm also involved with the Electronics and Computer Science Club (ECSC) in design and coordination roles.
I care about actually understanding what I ship: reading generated code line by line, testing against real data before trusting it, and building security in from the start instead of patching it on later. When I'm not building, I'm usually designing, and that eye comes with me into every UI I touch.
Currently exploring: cloud architecture, cybersecurity fundamentals, and how AI-assisted development can be done responsibly.
