Bachelor's thesis: six deep networks (UNet, SegNet, BASNet, BiSeNetV2, DenseASPP, Mask R-CNN) compared for 16-class upper-teeth segmentation on 2D slices of the ToothFairy2 CBCT dataset. BASNet performs best (Dice 0.761).
