Free is cheapest below 1,950 EUR, Pro up to about 7,300, Business above. Drag to your own number.
Pro's $5,000 a month is about 4,300 EUR; the real limit is in USD, so the EUR figure moves with the rate. Your payment provider's own rates apply on every plan.

What you pay Shoppex, and what your providers charge you directly.
- The platform fee
- 2% on Free, 0% on Business. On Pro, your first $5,000 of sales each month carry no fee, then 2%. It never comes out of the buyer's payment. You settle it on a Shoppex invoice by card, PayPal, crypto or a prepaid balance.
- Nothing under 5 USD
- Below 5 USD there is no invoice. The amount carries over until it passes 5 USD.
- Or the buyer pays it
- On Free, one setting adds the 2% to the checkout total. It is off until you turn it on. On Pro the fee above $5,000 stays with you.
- Chargeback Shield
- No success fee, on any plan.
- Your payment provider
- Stripe, PayPal, your crypto processor and the rest charge their own rates, directly to you.
Shoppex never holds your money.
Card and wallet money settles into the accounts you connected. Crypto lands in your own wallet or your processor account.
Questions about the fee
How does the 2% reach you?
Through an invoice we send you, not through the buyer. The buyer pays your own account in full, and Shoppex records 2% of the sale against your account. Once that passes 5 USD, it becomes a Shoppex invoice you pay like any other.
Can I hand the fee to the buyer instead?
On Free, yes. One setting in billing adds the 2% to the checkout total, itemised on the buyer's invoice. It is off until you turn it on. On Pro it does not apply: whether a sale is over the $5,000 is only known once it completes, so you pay that fee yourself.
Does Shoppex ever hold my money?
No. Card money settles into your own provider account, and coins go to a wallet whose spending key our servers can't decrypt. The only balance we hold is one you choose to prepay against your own Shoppex fees.
How does the Pro $5,000 count?
Every completed sale from all your shops counts, in USD, from the 1st of the month (UTC). The first $5,000 carry no fee; sales above that pay 2%, billed like on Free. A sale refunded in full or lost to a dispute stops counting. On the 1st, the count starts again.
What happens when I cancel a paid plan?
You go back to Free and keep selling at 2%. Pro and Business are bought as an invoice for a number of months, not a card on file, so not buying the next one is the cancellation. There is no exit fee. Sales you made on a paid plan keep the fee they had.
