Their response time was nearly immediate. They gave specific responses about how to resolve the issue, and they took care of a problem that I had created (VPN location issue) on the back end of the program when I was unable to do so.

Driven by a quest to become more sovereign unless us big tech dependent. Support request resolved within 6 minutes. Only missing narrowly scoped API permissions & MCP otherwise perfect.

I have to say that am super impressed with the support guys at Bunny. I had a login issue during a weekend, and reported it and they were onto it very quickly. It was basically 'live' going back and forth trying to sort the issue which was finally resolved. If only support was this good everywhere else!

The service is easy to use, with everything managed through an app and an AI agent, so there’s very little need for manual configuration. Performance has been good, and support has been responsive whenever I needed help. Issues were handled quickly.

It’s a bit more expensive than some alternatives I looked at, but if you value convenience, speed, and reliable support, it’s worth considering.

I'm using the database preview and there was an issue where my databases weren't reachable. I opened a support ticket and support responded almost instantly and the issue was resolved within an hour or so which is an impressive turn around. Definitely very happy :)

The support staff are incredible. Worked together on some complex setups with each response being easily under 10 minutes sometimes faster.

The product is great especially for Australian users who cannot get all of Cloudflare's features without spending $1,000s of dollars a year
